Based in Langebaan, Western Cape, we ship nationwide from warehouses in Johannesburg and Cape Town. Every unit is checked, warrantied and supported by our local team.

We deliver to all nine provinces and select international destinations. Orders are dispatched from Johannesburg or Cape Town, whichever is closer to you.

Changed your mind? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the unit is unused, in original packaging and includes all accessories.

To start a return, email us at wavehaus23@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We'll arrange collection or a drop-off point near you.

Do I need installation?

No. Our portable units are plug-and-play. Most come with a window hose kit that fits standard sliding windows.

Will these run during load shedding?

Many of our fans and smaller coolers are inverter-compatible or USB-powered. Check each product's wattage to confirm your inverter can handle it.

How long does delivery take?

Most South African orders arrive within 3–5 business days. Major metros often receive theirs sooner.

Is COOL25 still active?

Yes. The COOL25 discount is applied automatically at checkout when you complete your purchase through Shopify.

Every WaveHaus product carries a minimum 1-year local warranty against manufacturing defects. Some units include extended coverage — check the product page for details.

Warranty claims are handled in South Africa, so you never need to ship a faulty unit overseas. Email us with your order number and a short description of the issue.

Portable air conditioners need a way to vent hot air outside. Most units include an exhaust hose and window slider that works with:

• Horizontal sliding windows
• Vertical sliding windows
• Casement windows with an optional adapter

Place the unit on a flat surface, connect the hose, plug it in and set your desired temperature. No drilling or permanent changes required.

WaveHaus respects your privacy. We collect only the information needed to process and deliver your order — name, contact details, shipping address and payment information.

We do not sell your data. Your information is stored securely and used only for order fulfilment, customer support and occasional marketing emails (which you can unsubscribe from at any time).

By placing an order on WaveHaus, you agree to our shipping, returns and warranty terms. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability or suspected fraud. For any disputes, South African law applies.
